Vocational Results exists to work with organisations to deliver innovative solutions, focussing on delivering their growth and sustainability plans using a mix of investment, government funding, qualifications, and bespoke consultancy. Currently working with the University of East London on a 10 year national programme addressing skills needs in the Childrens Residential Care Home Sector.

David is a charismatic, inspirational leader and communicator with a visionary approach. He is a creative solution provider, who is driven by a commitment to quality and being the best. A determined and self-motivated person, he operates at a strategic level, knowing when operational intervention is required and welcomed.
David has a track record of success in a range of roles during his career in The Registered Provider Sector and for the last 25 years has provided training, leadership and cultural development advice and support, combined with interim management and coaching solutions to multiple sectors in England and Europe
With a proven ability to building sustainable business streams from scratch, David is an outstanding painter of visions and delivers and develops long lasting relationships by virtue of honest and open values which staff, customers, partners and stakeholders value highly.

Kate Forrester
Lead Auxicia Consultant
Kate has over 35 years’ experience in social housing. She has operated at executive level with local, regional and national Housing Associations, specialising in housing strategy and operations, tenancy and neighbourhood services, asset management, regeneration, customer service and people management.
Kate is passionate about creating high performing teams to deliver outstanding services.
She is a specialist on the links between housing, education and social justice.
Kate holds governance positions in the housing and education sector and is a Trustee of an anti-poverty charity offering services to people who are at risk of/or transitioning through homelessness, financial hardship or crisis.
A finalist in the Women in Housing – Woman of the Year Leadership awards, acknowledged Kate’s achievements in the housing sector.

Rob Brown
Community Engagement Ambassador of Auxicia
Rob has worked in the field of community engagement, partnerships and regeneration for 40 years. He specialises in working in inner city areas and has the rare gift and skill set to operate strategically and on-the-ground, to enable real and practical positive changes become achievable for individuals, groups, organisations and communities
He has held the role of Head of a Tenant Participation Unit, combined with significant experience of setting up stock transfer organisations. Rob is a vastly experienced project manager and has chaired and vice chaired boards of social housing organisations.
He is a life-long champion of diversity and an exceptional communicator. He is regularly the go to when asked to chair board and community meetings, running conferences and creating long term, sustainable colleague and organisational relationships.

Chris Root
Head of Auxicia EDIB
Chris has over 35 years of experience in the field of equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging and is a winner of 3 prestigious national awards – British Diversity Manager of the year, British Diversity Public Service Award and British Diversity Manager – Honour.
Chris is a highly respected national expert as a freelance trainer, consultant, advisor and critical friend, built on Managerial roles at Places for People, The Housing Corporation and Manchester City Council.
Chris’s engaging style and wealth of knowledge ensure clients return for her services again and again, resulting in Chris having supported nearly 1000 customers in her hugely successful career.

Danny McGowan
Specialist Auxicia Training Consultant
Danny has been involved in supporting people with substance misuse, mental health, neurodiversity and other complex needs for over 25 years. He has developed a wealth of experience in multiple specialist areas, examples of which are working with hoarders, safeguarding, OCD and dual diagnosis. Danny has delivered training in techniques, such as motivational interviewing and CBT and has been delivering training for the social housing sector for over a decade and has 20 years’ experience of developing client/customer involvement and peer mentoring schemes.
He uses a combination of his years of experience, current good practice guidelines and research evidence to deliver the topics he trains. Danny uses a holistic, interactive training style that provides delegates with real skills and information, which they are then able to apply back in the workplace and beyond. He has delivered training and provided consultancy to national, regional, small, medium and large organisations during his career. Notable clients include the Department of Health, Department of Work and Pensions and the Home Office, as well as a myriad of social housing organisations across the whole of the UK.

Adam brings over 30 years of executive-level experience across the education, supply chain, and automotive sectors, consistently shaping business direction and driving measurable impact. As CEO and Board Director of the ESHL Group, Adam has led the organisation through major transformation—steering strategic pivots to deliver innovative, market-responsive solutions. He provides overarching leadership across operations, finance, and commercial development, with a clear focus on business performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. Adam’s approach is underpinned by a strong commitment to quality and service excellence. Before founding ESHL, he held senior leadership roles at respected organisations including DHL and BMW / Rover Group. He is widely regarded for his pragmatic leadership, strategic vision, and ability to drive growth through forward-thinking solutions in workforce development and learning.

Pamela Fitton
Chief Operating Officer of ESHL
Pamela is an experienced leader with broad ranging expertise in Education, Apprenticeships, and people development. Success in achieving profitability, quality and delivering goals. Extensive experience in managing and motivating multi-site and field-based teams. Commercial and innovative with the ability to identify, develop and maximise business opportunities. Proven influencing, negotiation, and advocacy skills at senior executive level. A Chartered Fellow of CIM and Cranfield Business School. As COO Pamela is responsible for leading and directing the overall operational vision, efficiencies, and innovation for the Group.

Nik Walker
Group Commercial Director of ESHL
Nik is an experienced Commercial Director with a strong track record in UK Education and Global SaaS sectors. He has led strategic growth initiatives, secured major contracts, and delivered transformation projects in UK and international markets. His previous roles include leading EMEA expansion at Powerhouse Hub and managing high-value education partnerships in HE and FE sectors. With a background in business education and project management, Nik combines commercial acumen with a passion for innovation and impact. At ESHL, he supports commercial strategy across the Group and drives innovation and growth.

Richard Morcombe
Managing Director of Vocational Results Ltd
Richard has over 25 years of experience in technical and vocational education. He started his education career as a computer science lecturer at a Further Education college after working in IT Consultancy with a “Big Five” firm. Richard has worked in colleges, universities and private training providers. As an independent consultant he advised Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Oman, Jordan and other nations on adopting vocational approaches to education – particularly Apprenticeships. Operating as an education consultant Richard was involved in various turnarounds and troubleshooting contracts within failing areas of provision – particularly where commercial success had been compromised. Richard was a founder and employee number one of Vocational Results in January 2023 and helped establish Vocational Recruitment shortly after.

Stephen Walker

Steve is an educational specialist, business leader and former head of strategy with over twenty year’s experience in education. Through a career evolving from apprentice to managing director Steve has maintained his love of learning and inspiring organisations to support others in their learning journey. Having joined early in 2022 under his leadership ETC have become an award winning business for both people recognition and sector excellence. Steve’s passion for the awarding and assessment sector coupled with his deep understanding of the automotive, engineering and construction industries gives authenticity and credibility to his work and leadership.
