At Auxicia, we will work with you to maximise your tenant and community engagement strategies and source funding budgets, to support you to enhance community cohesion, improve resident satisfaction, and support the long-term sustainability and success of your social mission. We do this through our Adult Skills Fund partners – providing guidance, training and access to opportunities within our extensive national employer network. These programmes can also be utilised for your contractors and your own workforce to provide you with a truly inclusive tenant and community engagement strategy.
Community Engagement
Our team can become your team, engaging with your tenants and wider communities. Providing support, advice and guidance and signposting on to pre-employability or Apprenticeship programmes, offering a range of options to empower and support your customers.
Tenant Employability Programmes
We work with communities nationally to help those who are unemployed get closer to the workforce – we do this through a national partnership group of Adult Skills Fund partners and our extensive employer network. We have supported thousands of people to realise their ambition to work or secure an Apprenticeship.
Community Skills Programmes
Through our partnerships, we can work with your tenants and communities on a wide range of life skills, provide a tenant engagement portal to manage webinars, e-learning courses and classroom based activities. If you are short of space we have partners who can build classroom environments at the heart of your community. We have a unique set of capabilities that extend far beyond training that can provide solutions for all our clients.
Community Digital Portal
Our exclusive partnership with global software company PowerhouseHub, means that we can create branded community hubs for the provision of training, information advice and guidance, managing events and webinars and creating a unique tenant engagement portal that can drive your community strategy.
Pre-Employment Programmes
In 2024/25 we delivered over £12m of pre-employability programmes and provided thousands of individuals the opportunity to work. These government funded skills courses are an ideal way to engage with your communities and give access to Apprenticeship programmes or direct job vacancies in your organisation. We can also tailor these to ensure that your mission vision and values are embedded throughout the courses.
Employer Engagement and Job Interviews
We secure employment for thousands of individuals annually through our pre-employability programmes from communities all over the country. Our extensive employer network and direct connections with multiple agencies such as Jobcentre Plus mean that we can guarantee job interviews for those that are ready and ensure that those who aren’t, have opportunities to progress closer to the world of work. We will sit in your communities and directly engage; providing advice, guidance and signposting to our funded employability training.
