Adult Skills Fund
Accessing regional budgets of the UK Government Adult Skills funds, allows Auxicia to provide skills development for your tenants and communities. In addition, we will work with local employers in the region to support meaningful destinations to jobs and Apprenticeships. Combined with recruiting Apprenticeships and employees within your own organisation or your contractors, creates a truly integrated community and tenant engagement strategy.
Apprenticeships

Bootcamps
Participating in Bootcamps, enables rapid upskilling of employees in specific areas, for example - compliance, maintenance, or customer service - ensuring your team stays current with best practice and industry innovations. Bootcamp funding falls under the Adult Skills Fund and through our national network we find these solutions locally for our clients.
Devolved Authority Budgets
If your business is in a devolved authority, we will work with our partners and your business to apply for funding. These budgets and associated training will empower your organisation to tailor workforce development initiatives directed to your requirements, supporting targeted training programmes which enhance team capabilities and improve community engagement.
Joint Bid/Tender and Grant Applications
